Lexicon Labs LLC. Effective May 16, 2026.

These terms govern your use of the website at lexicon-labs.net (the "Site"), operated by Lexicon Labs LLC ("Lexicon Labs," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

Any mobile applications published by Lexicon Labs LLC are governed by their own separate terms of use and privacy policies; nothing here replaces those app-specific terms.

2. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, for example by overloading, probing, or attacking it; or
• scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's text, layout, design, typography, and underlying code, together with the "Lexicon Labs" name and the names and branding of the applications we publish, are owned by Lexicon Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing in a web browser.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexicon Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexicon Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed US $100.

6. Changes and availability

We may modify these terms, and may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Site or any part of it, at any time without notice. The current version is always the one published at this page, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We are under no obligation to keep the Site available or its content current.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
